1. Do you ship within the UAE?
Yes! We offer fast delivery across the UAE with same-day and next-day options available.
2. What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer two delivery options:
- Same-day delivery: AED 30 (Dubai only, for orders received by 10 AM)
- Next-day delivery: AED 20 (all Emirates)
Orders over AED 100 qualify for free shipping!
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over AED 100 receive complimentary shipping across the UAE.
4. Is same-day delivery available in my area?
Same-day delivery is currently available in Dubai only. Orders must be placed by 10 AM to qualify for same-day delivery. Next-day delivery is available across all Emirates.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the UAE only, but we're working on international shipping options. We'll announce when they're available!
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.
7. What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery and leave instructions if you're unavailable. You can also coordinate directly with the courier using your tracking details.
8. Which areas in the UAE do you deliver to?
We deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.
9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.
1 When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
1 What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
